Murder Victim: John Winston Anderson

The family of John Winston Anderson is offering a $28,000.00 reward, (raised from private donations), for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killer of their son, John Winston Anderson.

On Tuesday morning, 2:35am, November 16, 1999, John Winston Anderson drove his tractor-trailer rig to a distribution center in the 700 block of Parkway in Grand Prairie, which is located between Sherman St. and Dillard St.  As he was getting ready to leave the distribution center, he was shot in the back.  A blue pickup truck was seen in the area at the time of the shooting.  John Winston Anderson was able to call 911 on his cell phone for help.  He was taken to the hospital where he later died on December 17, 1999.
