Martinez Murder
On October 25th, 2000 at approximately 5:44pm, Officers responded to at 2345 Dalworth Street #112, Lucky's Upholstery, to check on the owner, Gilbert Martinez. Martinez had not been heard from since approximately 12:30am on October 24th. Officers entered the business and found Martinez inside, Deceased.

Investigators believe Martinez was killed in the early morning hours of October 24th, 2000. Martinez died from a blunt force trauma and he was found with his hands bound behind his back. Two industrial sewing machines were apparently taken during this offense and have not been recovered. Investigators also believe there were 2 assailants who left the location in an unknown type of vehicle.
