Incentive Pay
- Associate Degree: $50 per month
- Bachelor Degree: $100 per month
- Field Training Officer: $100
- Language Pay: $100 per month

Accrual Rate:
- Civil Service - Police/Fire (40 hr/week)
- 12 days per year for the first year
- 15 days per year for 2 - 15 years
- 20 days per year for 16 + years
- 15 Sick days per year
- Medical, dental and vision plans (Costs vary by plan, and coverage is effective on the first of the following month after hired. Employees have the choice to OPT OUT of the city's medical coverage, as long as you provide proof of coverage elsewhere.)
