The Citizen Police Academy is an educational program designed to familiarize the public with the nature of police work. The CPA holds two classes per year – one in the spring and one in the fall.
The program is a series of 10 class sessions held on Thursday evenings (starting at 6:30 p.m.) and 3 Saturday sessions. To successfully graduate, each participant is required to attend at least 10 of the 13 sessions.
